Procedure:

To recruit workers from Asia, an employer must offer a minimum salary of 500$ for unskilled workers and 500$ plus for semi-skilled and skilled categories, with the benefits of free accommodation and food, 2-way flight tickets, the cost of the visa and optionally the cost of the residence permit in Romania.

After receiving a job order from an employer and a contract amongst two parties; the following processes are catered for meeting the clients’ expectation:

  1. Job Analysis:
    • Job analysis is the systematic study of jobs to identify the observable work activities, tasks, and responsibilities associated with a job or group of jobs and the attributes needed to perform that job.
    • Why Job Analysis:
    • To prepare job descriptions and job specifications which in turn helps to retain and hire the right quality of workforce in an organization
    • To document the requirements of a job and the work performed.
  2. Selection of Candidates:
    • We shall be sharing the documents (CV, passport scan copy and an introductory video) of the eligible candidates to the employer via email. The client can shortlist the candidates out of the shared application.
    • As per the convenience of the employer, an interview date shall be finalized and the employer can interview the client via skype or can conduct physical interview at our partner office.
  3. Obtaining Work Permit:
    • The employer must share us the original copy work permit of the selected candidates obtained from Immigration office. However, we can assist the employer on this process.
  4. Obtaining the visa:
    • After obtaining the work permits, we shall be sending them to our partners, who will take care of obtaining the entry visa to Romania and we will organize the arrival of the group of workers.
  5. Post-recruitment assistance:
    • Our involvement continues after the workers arrive in Romania and Croatia. We will be in touch with both the employer and the foreign workers, to ensure that they have fit in your company.
